okbdt Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "okbdt" refers to the online gaming platform operated at okbdt.cam, including all games, services, promotions, and account features available to registered players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the okbdt website, mobile-optimised interface, and any application or interface through which okbdt services are accessed.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on okbdt and is using the Platform under these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration, through which all Platform activity, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus credits that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player by okbdt under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Applicable Law" means all relevant Philippine statutes, regulations, and directives, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as applicable to online gaming operators.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The okbdt Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. okbdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account where age eligibility cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is designed and operated to serve players located in the Philippines. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of okbdt is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. okbdt makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions outside of the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating an okbdt account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okbdt Platform. The creation or operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, okbdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Verification. okbdt may, at its discretion and as required by applicable regulations, request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any Player. This may include government-issued identification, proof of residential address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okbdt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. okbdt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login details.

3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify okbdt customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. okbdt will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

3.3 Non-Transferability. Your okbdt account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual. You may not allow any other person to use your account or conduct any gaming activity on your behalf.

3.4 Player Responsibility for Activity. All activity conducted through your okbdt account — including all bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have previously notified okbdt of a security breach as described in clause 3.2.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okbdt accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on okbdt are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your okbdt account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. okbdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not credit within a reasonable period, you should contact okbdt support with evidence of the transaction.

4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. okbdt will process verified withdrawal requests in accordance with the processing times published on the Platform. Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, completion of KYC verification, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. okbdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.6 Player Funds. okbdt holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Player balances are not used for operational expenses. This structure is maintained to protect player funds in the ordinary course of business.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives offered by okbdt are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions where applicable.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit, after which uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings may be removed.

5.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer is available to a Player once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same offer multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.

5.4 okbdt Discretion. okbdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and for any reason, including where okbdt has reasonable grounds to believe a promotion is being exploited contrary to its intended purpose.

6 Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the okbdt Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or via the help section of each title. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, these Terms will take precedence in all matters not directly governed by the game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All slot, bingo, and non-live dealer game outcomes on okbdt are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The RNG systems used on the Platform are tested and certified by independent technical testing bodies to ensure fairness and statistical randomness.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use physical cards, roulette wheels, and game equipment operated by professional dealers in studio environments. okbdt is not responsible for errors or interruptions caused by technical failures in the live streaming infrastructure, though affected rounds will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's dispute resolution procedures.

6.4 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. All confirmed bets are final subject to the resolution of the relevant game round.

6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. okbdt reserves the right to impose maximum single-session payout limits across all game categories. Where applicable, these limits will be communicated in the relevant game rules or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding published limits may be subject to review prior to withdrawal processing.

6.6 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity or outcome of a game round, okbdt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the players involved. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous game outcome — including those caused by a display or pricing error — are not payable and will be voided.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment. okbdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. Online gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

7.2 Available Tools. All registered Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Session duration reminders
• Reality checks at configurable intervals
• Temporary self-exclusion (cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the Platform

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who elect to self-exclude from okbdt will have their account access suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Bonus communications and promotional materials will also cease during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be processed.

7.4 Age Verification and Underage Protection. okbdt takes the prohibition on underage gambling seriously. In addition to age declaration at registration, okbdt may conduct periodic age verification checks and will immediately suspend access to any account where there is a reasonable belief that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

7.5 Seeking Assistance. If you believe your gaming activity has become problematic, or if you are concerned about a family member's gaming behaviour, okbdt encourages you to use the self-exclusion and limit-setting tools available on the Platform. External support resources aligned with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines are also available to Philippine players who need independent assistance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to human players
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (bonus abuse)
• Laundering money or funds derived from criminal activity through the Platform
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by applicable law
• Allowing any third party to use your account or conducting gaming activity on behalf of another individual
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure

okbdt's risk and compliance team monitors Platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to the return of any forfeited balances.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the okbdt Platform, including but not limited to game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, software, database structures, and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to okbdt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

9.2 Limited Licence. okbdt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the okbdt Platform without express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The okbdt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okbdt takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, okbdt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions, interrupted connectivity, or circumstances beyond okbdt's reasonable control.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, okbdt's total liability to any individual Player arising from a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the wager placed in the relevant game round giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you participate in all games on the okbdt Platform at your own risk and with funds that you can afford to lose. okbdt is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your gaming activity.

11 Privacy and Data Use

11.1 Privacy Policy. okbdt's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the okbdt Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and okbdt. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.

11.2 Regulatory Disclosure. okbdt may be required by law or by applicable regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, to disclose player account information, transaction records, and identity verification documents in the course of lawful investigations or regulatory compliance reviews. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

11.3 Communications. By registering an account with okbdt, you consent to receiving transactional communications relating to your account, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts, and promotional offers. You may manage your communication preferences from within your account settings.

12 Amendments and Termination

12.1 Right to Amend. okbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okbdt will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notification on the Platform.

12.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Continued use of the okbdt Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

12.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your okbdt account at any time by contacting customer support. Following account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirement conditions.

12.4 Account Closure by okbdt. okbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms, a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a regulatory or legal requirement to do so, or a change in okbdt's operational scope. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and okbdt arising from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the okbdt customer support channel. The majority of disputes — particularly those relating to game outcomes, payment processing, or bonus terms — can be resolved efficiently through direct communication with the support team.

13.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the okbdt internal support process within a reasonable timeframe, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine legal forums. Players also have the right to submit gaming-related complaints to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority where okbdt's internal resolution process is deemed unsatisfactory.

13.4 Limitation Period. Any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the okbdt Platform must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the relevant cause of action arose. Claims not brought within this period are time-barred.
